What do we need to do to play in a tournament? First, if your team is interested in playing and want to be added to the Who's Coming List,  a simple email with your team name, age, and the weekend and location you want to play.  We will hold this spot until the payment is recieved or the deadline has passed. 3 Things we need are.... 1. Payment Online or Check made to TPR Baseball. Please make sure amount is correct. Payment must be recieved by Monday of the week of the tournament or your team will be dropped. 2. Updated, Correct, USSSA Baseball Roster. Only Usssa Roster is accepted.  Does not need to be turned in until Saturday before your first game. Many events sell-out and it is best to enter as early as possible.  Always contact the director and make sure they know you are coming.

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY PLAYERS AGES

Players ages are determined by how old they will be of the current year (the next year if after Aug. 1)  on April 31. 

We will post our brackets by Tuesday at 10pm at the latest.  Check back for possible changes though. 
Payment is due Monday of the week of the tournament by 10pm or your team will not play. 

WHAT IF WE NEED SPECIFIC START TIMES or SPECIAL REQUESTS?

We will makes every effort to accommodate team requests,  provided that they work within the parameters of field space and when your division plays. We never guarantee we can accommodate requests, but we have a very high success rate. WHAT IF I HAVE TO DROP OUT OF A TOURNAMENT?

A team may drop out of a tournament anytime up until 8 days before the start date with no penalty. Pull outs after that incur a $50 pull out fee.  Once brackets are posted,  if a team withdraws, they are responsible for the entire entry fee. 

WILL MY FIELD LOCATION OR GAME SCHEDULE CHANGE?

We make every attempt to keep changes to a minimum, but sometimes changes have to be made due to circumstances beyond our control.  Always re-check your schedule on the night before the tournament to make sure that no changes have been made.

HOW LONG WILL MY INSURANCE LAST?

Our insurance through August 1, 2009 and all teams will have to purchase insurance. Our insurance will cover your team anywhere that you play.
