Time Line of Events and Info:
August 28:  Games Begin
October 28:  League should be completed.  

Game Days:  Monday thru Wednesday and some Saturdays. 1-2 games per week.
All Games at 5:30pm or 7:30pm on weekdays. 
12 Game Season for All Divisions.  
Games played mostly at Pedretti in Turlock and Mistlin Fields in Ripon.

Interested in Coaching?  Contact us at Lance@TPRBaseball.com   We are usually in need to coach's at the Rookies level.  Many of the coach's for Minors through Jrs are required to have a partial team in order to be given a team, but contact us for more info.

Costs
Individiual Sign Up:  $150 per player.  Due before August 1.  (Uniform is extra and paid later to the coach, roughly $30)
Full Teams:  $1250 for the full team, must have at least 11 players, due by August 1. $400 more if we supply uniforms, due by August 1.   
 
League Age:  Determined by how old the player will be on April 30, 2018.  (Next year's ages).  Talented/Experienced Players are always welcome to play up a level but players cannot play down at a lower level.

 
How to Sign Up as an Individual:
1.  Fill Out the "Individual Player Sign Up Form" listed above or attend one of the in person sign ups.  
2.  Make payment on the "Payment for League" page listed above
3.  Wait for a confirmation email that we received both #1 and #2.  
4.  Wait to be contacted by your coach by August 6. 


How to Sign Up a Partial Team:
If you want to coach and have a group of 4 to 9 players....
1.  Have your 4 to 9 players all fill out the "Individual Sign Up Form" and follow the directions above. 
2. Head Coach should email us with your interest in coaching and tell us how many players are on your team:  Lance@tprbaseball.com 
3.  We will fill in the rest of the players for your team with the Individual Player SIgn Ups, and give you their info at the Coach's Meeting on August 13.

How to Sign Up a Full Team:
If you are a coach with a full team of 10 to 13 players....
Note:  Your players Should NOT fill out the Individual Player Sign Up Form 
Note:  It is considerable cheaper to sign up a full team with 10 or more players (although all teams need to have at least 11) 
1.  Fill out the "Full Team Sign Up Form"
2. Pay at least the deposit of $300.
3.  Register your team with USSSA for the 2018 season.   This sign up will not be available on the usssa site until July 15!  Do not register for the 2017 season!   pay the $55 fee, and add your enitre roster online.

4. If you need one or two players to fill your roster, let us know.  
5. Order your uniforms on your own or we will do it for $400.  
6.  Attend the coach's meeting on August 13. 
  
 
RULES

Rookies Division (No Rookies Division for Fall 2017)

1.  Pitching Distance is 40 feet.  60 foot bases. 

2.  Continuous Batting order, all players bat.  Teams can play with 8 players, but the 9th spot is an out unless walked or hit batter before the empty spot, then it would be skipped.

3. Rookies can play with 10 in the outfield, must be 4 outfielders on the grass.  

4.  Players can only sit out two innings in a row.  Then they must play for at least one full inning in the field. 

5.  No stealing bases. 

6. Game time is no new inning after 1 hour 30 min or 6 innings.  Games can end in a tie.  5 runs max. per inning.  When there is less that 20 minutes in the game at the start of a new inning, umpires will declare an open inning or the last inning will be an open inning.  There could be more than one open inning.

7. No big barrel bats, no metal spikes. 

8.  Pitchers can pitch 3 innings per game max.  Once a pitcher is removed, he can’t pitch again in the same game. 

9.  Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher anytime, must be last batted out. 

10.  There is no run rule for this age.    

 
 

Minors and Majors Division  

1.  Continuous Batting order, all players bat.  Teams can play with 8 players, but the 9th spot is an out unless walked or hit batter before the empty spot, then it would be skipped.

2. Minors can play with 10 in the outfield,  must be 4 outfielders on the grass.   Majors only  9.

3.  Players can only sit out two innings in a row.  Then they must play for at least one full inning in the field. 

4. Leaving a base early (before the pitch crossed the plate) is declared a dead ball and a runner who left early is out. 

5. Game time is no new inning after 1 hour 45 min or 6 innings.  Games can end in a tie.  5 runs max. per inning.  When there is less that 20 minutes in the game at the start of a new inning, umpires will declare an open inning or the last inning will be an open inning.  There could be more than one open inning.

6. No big barrel bats, no metal spikes. 

7.  Pitchers can pitch 3 innings per game max.  Once a pitcher is removed, he can’t pitch again in the same game. 

8.  Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher anytime, must be last batted out. 

9.  There is no run rule for this age.

10.  Stealing home is allowed but not for 5th run of inning that ends the inning. 

11.  Players need to play in at least 4 games to be eligible for play offs.  New players need to be reported to the league director and properly signed up before playing first game.  

 
 
Jrs. Division:  13u/14u  League 54/80 (Registered USSSA teams)
Note:  Same rules as 13u Rainbow/Mistlin League and 13u Tournaments with minor exceptions.

2. Game time is no new inning after 1 hour 45 min or 7 innings.  Games can end in a tie.  5 runs max. per inning.  When there is less that 20 minutes in the game at the start of a new inning, umpires will declare an open inning, or the last inning will be an open inning.  There could be more than one open inning.
3. There is no run rule for this age.   
4. Big Barrel Bats must be USSSA Stamped 1.15, BBCore, or Wood. 
5. Metal spikes allowed but not on the pitching mound.  3rd ball dropped strike is played. 
6.  Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher anytime, must be Sub first or last batted out if no subs. 
7. Pitchers can pitch 4 innings per game. Once pitcher is removed, he can’t return in that game to pitch again.
8.  Distance played will be 80 feet bases and 54 feet pitching.
9.  Players need to play in at least 4 games to be eligible for play offs.  New players should be reported to the league director before playing first game. 
 
 
Senior Division:  15-18 year old High Schoolers. League 60/90 (Registered USSSA teams)
1. Teams can bat 9, 10 or whole line up.   Minimum playing requirement is one at bat and one inning played per game.    Teams can play with 8 players, but the 9th spot is an out unless walked or hit batter  before the empty spot, then it would be skipped.
2. Game time is no new inning after 1 hour 45 min or 7 innings.  Games can end in a tie.  5 runs max. per inning.  When there is less that 20 minutes in the game at the start of a new inning, umpires will declare an open inning, or the last inning will be an open inning.  There could be more than one open inning.
3. There is no run rule for this age.

5. Metal spikes allowed on the mounds if the park allows it.  3rd ball dropped strike is played. 
6.  Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher anytime, must be Sub first or last batted out if no subs. 
7. Pitchers can pitch 4 innings per game. Once pitcher is removed, he can’t return in that game to pitch again.
8.  Distance played will be 90 feet bases and 60 feet pitching.
9.  Players need to play in at least 4 games to be eligible for play offs.  New players should be reported to the league director before playing first game.
