Register Team with USSSA

All teams participating in any tournament need to be registered with USSSA:  Register Your Team Here

To register.
1. Click the link above.
2. Create an ID  (if you already have one, then continue to step 3)
3. Log in with your use User ID and Password.
4. Select "Create New Team"
5.  Fill out the information about your team.  
        - For Sport and Class of team select:   Majors for highest ranked elite teams.  AAA for experienced and good
               teams.  or AA for beginning teams or teams with a loosing record from previous season.
6.  If you are prompted to complete the Background Check, that must be done before proceeding any further.
You will be emailed a link to follow. Do it right away, it expires in 1 day.   Put the info in for the background check, pay the fee and then go back to the USSSA site to complete registering your team.  
7. Submit payment to register team. Must be done by credit card.

This needs to be done before 10am on Monday the week of your first event.  This has to be done once a season.  Season currently begins the 2nd week of August around the 15th and runs to the following August 14th or so. 
 
7. Now add the roster online by highlighting the team you want to add the roster.
8.  Agree to the terms on the next page.
9. Add the player with the correct legal name and spelling and the correct birthday.   The system will not allow you to add a player if he is too old for that team.   We do not do grade exeptions.  
10.  Continue to add the players until your roster is complete.  If a player is on another team already for USSSA, then they must be removed before you can addd them to your team, or their is the guest player option.

To Add Guest Player:

First, the player has to already be on a USSSA online roster. If they are not then add him to your regular roster.

TimeLine: You can only add a Guest Player from Monday to Friday night of that week of the event. Guest players are last minute fill in players.

Go to www.usssa.com/login and login under your manager account

Pick your correct team.

Pick Manage Guest Players

Pick the Correct Event you want to add him too. If this doesn’t show up yet, then its too early to add the Guest Player

Down Below: Pick California.

Then type in the Teams name that the player is on for his main team. May take a minute to load. Find the right team.

Then on the final box, find him on the roster and add him.

 
All players who participate in an event must be listed on your USSSA online roster before the start of the event. Either on your regular roster or a a guest player.  
 
What to Have Completed Before Your First Game. 
1.  USSSA Roster of all players online. 
2. Proof of Team insurance.   (This can be purchased while you are logged in at USSSA.com)
3.  Proof of age of players:  Birth Certificate or Driver's License.
